RT 9/8はLFOのフロントマン、Rich Croninの命日。シャッフル再生で彼らの曲が流れると、思わずハッと聞き耳を立ててしまう。鮮烈な音作りがまだそこにあるから。メンバーのDevin Limaも依然闘病中だし、グループとしての活動がままならないのが惜しまれる。

LFOの代表曲、'Summer Girls'．ブロンドのフロントマン、ほぼずっと歌っているのがRich Cronin．ハート型の口元が特徴的なDevin Lima、両耳ピアスの眉毛がBrad Fischetti．このシンプルなアレンジで歌い上げる（ラップし続ける）スタイル、今の流行りにマッチしているんじゃないかと思ったり。ただ、さすがに歌詞は変えた方がいいかな。
